Pursuant to 29 Delaware Code § 6904b all State of Delaware Agencies can purchase any item provided by another State of Delaware agency. DCI is standing ready to help other state agencies stretch their budget dollar by saving money on items that DCI provides. This chapter shall not apply to any purchase of materials or services from the federal government or from the government of the State including any agency of the State, as defined in § 6904b of this title.
